Full payment is required to confirm your booking.
Bookings are first-come, first-served.
Your slot will only be secured once payment is made.
Payment indicates acceptance of all terms and conditions on this page.
No cancellations or refunds are allowed within 24 hours of your booking.
You may reschedule once if informed at least 24 hours in advance.
No-shows or late reschedules are considered forfeited.
A 15-minute grace period is given after your session.
After that, overtime is charged at RM100/hour in 30-minute blocks.
Extensions are subject to availability and must be requested at least 15 minutes before your session ends.
Before leaving, you must:
Your session can be fully private (no staff entry) upon request.
Framms Studio may repost publicly shared BTS or tagged content for promotion purposes (with credit).
If your shoot requires non-disclosure or privacy, please inform us in advance.
No shoes allowed in the studio unless in the yellow box product zone.
The white infinity wall is barefoot only — no slippers, shoes, or equipment dragging.
Food and drink are allowed only in designated areas.
No glitter, powder, smoke bombs, water, fire-based props, or paint unless pre-approved.
No smoking or vaping in the studio.
Pets are allowed with prior notice, but owners must clean up.
Noise levels must be reasonable to avoid disturbing surrounding units.
All props/furniture must be returned to original position before leaving.
Please take care of all provided gear, props, and furniture.
Any damage to the studio, walls, props, equipment, or fixtures will be charged to the client in full.
Framms Studio reserves the right to determine replacement or repair cost.
Clients are responsible for their own belongings and team behavior during rental.
Framms Studio is not liable for:
Personal injury during studio usage
Lost or stolen items
Equipment or content damage due to mishandling
Booking disruptions due to power outages, facility issues, or emergency repairs (in such cases, sessions will be rescheduled)
By booking and paying, you agree that Framms Studio is not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during your session.
Framms Studio reserves the right to cancel bookings due to facility damage or safety issues — a reschedule or refund will be offered.
Use of the studio is at your own risk. Always handle equipment and space with care.
