3. Can I add equipment to my booking? Yes! You can select add-on items like lighting kits, backdrops, and other gear at flat rates during the booking process.
4. Do you offer full-day or half-day packages? Absolutely. We have pre-set half-day and full-day packages for better value.
5. Is there a buffer between bookings? Yes, we provide a 30-minute buffer between sessions for setup/reset to ensure a smooth experience.
6. Can I reschedule or cancel my booking? Yes, with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are non-refundable.
7. Do you provide on-site assistance? Yes, we offer optional crew or assistant services upon request (charged separately).
